BRIDES...

Q: WHAT IS IN YOUR BAG?

A: Our primary camera is a Canon 5D Mark iii. We also have a Canon 5D Mark ii and Canon 70D for back up. Our go to lenses are our Sigma 35ART, Sigma 70-200, and Canon 135L. We also bring along a Canon 100L for ring and detail shots. We prefer to keep a moody feel to our images but you will see us with flashes during the ceremony and reception if the lighting is too dark. We are prepared for any lighting situation and we have back up equipment in the rare case of equipment malfunctions.

Q: DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE? 

A: Yes! 

Q: Do you travel?

A: Absolutely! We LOVE to travel. Actually we prefer it! We are available for travel in all 50 states and some international locations. Just send us a message to see if we are available in your area! Travel Fees are not included in our package prices. 

Q:How Much does it cost?

A: The average bride invests around $3500 into her wedding experience with us. However, our packages start as low as $1800. Contact us to discuss your package options or check out our investment page. 

Q: Do you have payment plans?

A: Yes! Our brides pay a 50% non refundable deposit to reserve your wedding date. Your final payment is due 30 days before your wedding day. You are welcome to make as many payments as you would like in between those times. We will even make you a payment schedule at your request. 

Q:  HOW MANY YEARS HAVE YOU BEEN DOING WEDDINGS?

A: I have been a photographer for the past 9 years!! This will be my 3rd year in the wedding industry. I made the transition into capturing love a few years ago and I absolutely love it!

Q: HOW DO YOU DELIVER MY IMAGES? 

A: All wedding galleries are delivered via a USB, tucked inside a beautiful custom image box for you to display in your home, along with a beautiful custom online gallery to share with friends and family. The only exception to this is elopements, hourly weddings, and custom wedding packages. The images will then be delivered via a beautiful custom online gallery to share with friends and family. 

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES AFTER THE WEDDING?

A: Due to the quality time we like to spend making sure every wedding is perfected for our brides, the average wedding will take us about 90 days to process. You can request expedited services at an additional cost. 

Q: HOW MUCH IS AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?

A: All engagement sessions are complimentary when you book one of our wedding packages. Complimentary engagements include 40 digital images on an online gallery. If you are not booking us for your wedding, engagement sessions start at $500 and include a beautiful album and 10 digital files. 

Q: IF I REMOVE THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION FROM MY WEDDING WILL THE PRICE GO DOWN? 

A: No. We give complimentary engagement sessions as a way to meet our couples and get to know them. We want you to be comfortable with us on your wedding day so our engagement sessions are truly a gift and are no extra charge. Therefore, we cannot discount the packages any lower if you remove the engagement session. 

Q: Are you package prices flexible?

A: We have worked extensively on making our packages affordable and filled with lots of goodies. We do not negotiate on price. HOWEVER, we are able to make you a custom package if our packages do not fit your needs. Please contact us with more details and we will send you a custom proposal. 

Q: HOW DO YOU KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING ON OUR WEDDING DAY?

A: We will work closely with each of our brides to create a wedding timeline that works for your wedding day. We will go over this several times to make sure everything is right and you will be able to send it to your DJ and wedding planner to ensure all your vendors are on the same page. Do not fret! We love to come prepared and spend a lot of time before your wedding organizing everything! 


Q: DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?

A: YES! We offer military discounts, weekday wedding discounts, and WOL & Elevation Church member discounts. You must be able to provide proof that you serve(d) in the military. You must provide proof if you are a member at WOL or Elevation Church.

FAMILIES...

Q: DO YOU TRAVEL?

A:  Absolutely! We do not just travel for weddings, we travel for our family sessions as well! Travel fees are not included in our package pricing so please contact us for more details. 

Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

A: The average family invests $1000 into their family experience. However, our packages start at just $350 so check out our investment page for more details! This can be broken down into payments as well (see the next Q&A).

Q: DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?

A: We do! We love our payment schedules and so do our clients!! We try to make investing into your family heirlooms fun and affordable! If you have any questions concerning our payment plans please contact us. 

Q: WHAT SHOULD WE BRING? 

A:  We believe in focusing on your family and connection. We typically do not use props in our photographs but we do encourage you to bring your little ones favorite teddy or wear your grandmothers ring. If you have a special blanket your family cuddles in on family movie night or a special book you read to your sweet little ones, we encourage you to bring them as well. We would love to try to incorporate them into your session. 

Q: WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?

A:  Oh goody! Our favorite question. We offer free wardrobe coaching & style guides for all our our couples and families. We even have our "Bella Navi Wardrobe" filled with awesome outfits for your family to choose from. We also send you links of beautiful outfit choices to purchase if you desire. Let's have some fun with this!

Q: DO YOU HAVE OTHER PRODUCTS FOR US TO PURCHASE? 

A: Absolutely! We love love love products!! We are firm believers in displaying your beautiful images in your home and not shoving them in a desk drawer on a CD or keeping them hidden on your computer. Every session includes a reveal party for you to view your images and order all the fun products! There are payment plans available for products as well! 

Q: DO YOU SELL THE DIGITAL FILES? 

A: Yes! We do sell the digital files separate from our packages. We encourage our families to purchase prints and heirloom products to preserve your images for future generations but we also have digital packages available. 

Q: HOW MUCH ARE THE DIGITAL FILES?

A: If you are purchasing digital files in addition to a package we have special discounts for you! Please ask us for more details!

Q: MY CHILD HAS SPECIAL NEEDS. HOW TO DO YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR THAT?

A: Yes! We love working with EVEYRYONE! My husband and I have first hand experience working with individuals and children with special needs. Together we make a safe, fun, and relaxing environment for our families. We are very patient and willing to do whatever it takes to make your little ones happy and comfortable. If your child has special needs please let us know in our initial consultation so we know the best way to interact with your child during your session and any precautions we should take to keep your child safe!
